The National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC) requires electrical apprentices to complete a structured, national curriculum. This consists of class work and paid, on-the-job training, leading to their becoming journeymen wiremen, linemen, technicians/installers, or residential wirers.

This Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) will accept applications for apprenticeship from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm every first and third Wednesday of each month, year round, excluding holidays by appointment only.
